Text Message Program

Last updated: August 3, 2026

New Local Sites sends text messages only to business owners who have expressly opted in. This page describes the program, the disclosures required for consent, and exactly how to join or leave. A publicly listed business phone number is not, by itself, consent to receive our messages.

How to opt in

If you received an invitation from us — by email, a printed letter, or a QR code — the invitation explains this program and links to this page. To give consent, text START (or YES or UNSTOP) to our campaign number:

(602) 932-5425

Text START to opt in

As soon as your START message is received, an automated reply confirms your enrollment. No text messages are sent before that confirmation. Consent applies only to the mobile number you text from, and you can withdraw it at any time (see below).

What you will receive

  • A private preview link to a free draft homepage prepared for your business.
  • Answers to questions you send us about the draft.
  • Information about optional website design, hosting, domain, and pricing services.

We do not send promotional blasts, drip campaigns, or third-party offers, and we never share your mobile number.

Program disclosures

  • Program name: New Local Sites (a trade name of Trends Technology LLC).
  • Message frequency: varies, based on your replies and questions.
  • Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
  • Sending hours: messages are sent only between 8am and 9pm in your local time.
  • Privacy Policy: newlocalsites.com/privacy
  • Terms of Service: newlocalsites.com/terms

How to opt out

  • Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or END to any message. Opt-out is enforced at the carrier level, immediately, and we also record it so we never message that number again.
  • Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@newlocalsites.com with the number you want removed.
  • If you previously opted out, you can join again at any time by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP.

Registration

This program is registered with the U.S. carriers' A2P 10DLC framework via Twilio's Trust Hub, so every message comes from a verified business sender. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy (section: Mobile data and SMS outreach).
