What to include
- If you're writing about a preview we built for you, mention the business name so we can find it fast.
- If you want a preview taken down, just say so — we'll remove it from public access, no questions asked.
- If you'd like to stop receiving text messages, include the mobile number and we'll add it to our suppression list. (You can also reply STOP to any message — carrier enforced, immediate.)
Other ways
We don't have a support phone line — email is the best path and keeps a written trail. If you're an existing customer and email isn't working for something urgent, reply to the last text we sent you and we'll pick it up from there.
